Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a System Engineer / Team Lead. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing systems engineering tasks, providing technical support, and managing systems design and troubleshooting activities. Daily tasks include system administration, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and leading a team of technical professionals to achieve project goals and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills
• 5+ Years Experience
• VVIP User Support
• Experience in System Administration and Technical Support
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for Desktop , Laptop , MAC
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field , Graduation
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) are a plus
