System Head – IT & Network Management

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Head to manage our company’s IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, and network operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and the ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all company IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
• Ensure system security, data backups, and smooth functioning of all IT operations.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, routers, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements when required.
• Support staff with technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services when necessary.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Computer Science (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and system troubleshooting.
• Experience in system administration or IT support roles preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve technical issues efficiently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
