Job Title: Systems Engineer
Experience: 5 - 8 years
Location: Pune
Required Skills:
Hands-on with instrument cluster domain (tell-tales, gauges, CAN signals, startup/shutdown behaviour)
Experience with RH850 / Traveo MCU (bootloader, memory, peripherals)
Good understanding of CAN, LIN, UDS protocols
Proficient in system requirements management (DOORS)
Knowledge of embedded architecture (SW-HW interface level)
Experience in system integration & debugging across modules
Familiar with ASPICE and ISO 26262 concepts
Nice to Have:
Exposure to HMI frameworks (Qt)
Basic understanding of HIL systems
Familiar with vehicle ECU communication and diagnostics
Experience with traceability tools and test coverage mapping
Soft Skills:
Strong communication & coordination with OEM and internal teams
System-level problem-solving and ownership mindset
Able to work in agile or hybrid delivery models
