The IT department at TresVista is a critical function in running the business successfully. It is responsible managing and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure and systems, including hardware, software, and networks. The IT department also works to ensure that technology is used effectively and efficiently to support the organization's operations and goals.
Performing daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and applications, and reviewing system and application logs
Providing timely responses to all incidents, outages, and performance alerts
Categorizing issues for escalation to appropriate technical teams
Providing desktop and helpdesk support, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
Managing support of the TresVista Corporate IT infrastructure and resolving queries within the stipulated timeframe
Recognizing, identifying, and prioritizing incidents in accordance with customer business requirements, organizational policies, and operational impact
Documenting all actions in accordance with standard company policies and procedures as per pre-defined TresVista processes
Establishing system specifications by conferring with users, analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements
Establishing a system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks, Operating System Management Systems, defining system and operational policies and procedures
Establishing and securing the Internet Gateway with a Firewall system, integrating the VPN system, defining Firewall policies and procedures
Maintaining the organizations communication system such as telephones and mobile email access
Troubleshooting on Application Support for end users, printers & MFD, Windows & Office, Desktops, Laptops, iPad Peripherals, mobile devices, and workplace IT communication & collaboration support
Preparing users by designing and conducting training programs, providing references and support
Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
Working on support desk, raising tickets received via phone, email, and web portal. First point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance
Maintaining the organizations communication system such as telephones and mobile email access
Excellent technical knowledge of computer hardware
Working knowledge of current protocols, standards, and operating systems, such as Windows 10, 11, and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
A+ and N+ certification
Software and Hardware troubleshooting
Basic or average experience with IT Ticketing tools
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Office 2016 support
Basic knowledge of routers, switches, and firewall
Strong fundamentals in networking and troubleshooting
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Good written & oral communication skills
Willingness to grow and learn
Good interpersonal skills
0-2 years of relevant work experience
