In this role, you will be responsible for addressing technical queries regarding internet connectivity, modem/router setup, speed issues, and service disruptions. We are looking for candidates with a fundamental understanding of networking and internet services. Your main responsibilities will include answering inbound customer calls to offer assistance with internet-related issues, troubleshooting common technical problems such as modem/router configuration, speed issues, and DNS errors, guiding customers through technical steps in a clear and simple manner, logging issues, and escalating them to higher technical teams when necessary. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution. To excel in this role, you should have a good grasp of internet basics, IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, as well as be familiar with routers/modems and their setup process. Basic troubleshooting skills for connectivity issues are essential, and knowledge of networking tools like ping and tracert is considered a plus. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in an international voice process, preferably in tech support or ISP.
