Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a System Engineer located in Chennai. The System Engineer will be responsible for systems engineering, troubleshooting, system administration, technical support, and systems design. Day-to-day tasks include creating and maintaining system configurations, solving technical issues, ensuring system security, and providing support for system operations and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Proficiency in System Administration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in Zoho Books is a plus
