Job Description

Assist in monitoring and maintaining servers and network devices.
Support the management of storage systems, CCTV camera setups, and access control systems.
Help with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
Provide technical assistance during day shifts and, on alternate days or as scheduled, during night shifts to ensure 24/7 operational support.
Provide basic IT support for users and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain documentation of network layouts, device configurations, and system logs.
Coordinate with senior administrators for upgrades, repairs, and incident resolution.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
Familiarity with CCTV, access control systems, or server management (preferred but not mandatory).
Good problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
Ability to work under supervision and support routine IT tasks efficiently.
