JOB DESCRIPTION

System Administrator

As a System Administrator you will play a vital role in maintaining, upgrading, and managing our software, hardware, and networks. The successful candidates will be responsible for:

Network Administration: Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

Server Management: Managing and monitoring servers to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.

Hardware Maintenance: Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues and assisting with equipment procurement when needed.

Software Management: Installing, configuring, and updating software applications and operating systems.

Security: Implementing and maintaining security protocols to protect our systems and data.

User Support: Providing technical support to employees, assisting with troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of system configurations and procedures.

Upgrades and Improvements: Identifying opportunities for system upgrades and performance enhancements.

Experience & Qualification:

· Freshers

· A Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in IT.

· Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

· Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

Skills Required:

· Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network technologies is a plus.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified) would be advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
