Freelance Soft Skills Trainer(Femal Only)

Job Title: Softskills Trainer (2-4 Years Experience)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions focused on enhancing the communication, interpersonal, and professional development skills of college students.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct in-person and virtual (if required) sessions on communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management, and other core soft skills.

· Facilitate activities such as role plays, group discussions, and presentations.

· Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback and mentorship.

· Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.

· Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to ensure quality in content and delivery.

Type / Work Location:

· Full-Time / Coimbatore, Chennai

Skills Required:

· Excellent verbal and written communication in English

· Strong command of English grammar

· Good facilitation and presentation skills

· Ability to engage and manage a classroom

· Comfortable working with college students and adapting to different learning levels

Experience & Qualifications:

· 2 to 4 years of experience as a soft skills or communication skills trainer

· Any graduate degree (preferably with a background in English, Psychology, or related fields)

· Training certifications (e.g., Train the Trainer, NLP, or any other relevant certification) will be an added advantage

Salary:

· Experienced: Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate as per the industry standards.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
