Description
Provide Level 2 support for incidents and service requests related to systems, servers, and IT infrastructure. Strong knowledge of Windows OS,Windows Server and Linux OS. Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper V), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file/print services, and backups. Administer and support enterprise IT tools such as Microsoft 365, Exchange, G suite, or similar. Support network infrastructure in collaboration with the networking devices (basic switches, firewalls, VPN). Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Maintain technical documentation, asset inventory, and system logs. Intermediate working experience on Cloud Platform like AWS,Azure ,IONOS and similar. Purchase inventory and maintain vendor relationship for purchasing IT inventory Ensure system security through best practices, patching, and regular audits. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and support business critical systems.
