Role & responsibilities Installing and upgrading of Windows systems. Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms. Installation of Windows and Mac Applications. Installation of Printer and other peripherals on Mac & Windows OS. Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users. Troubleshooting System and Server errors. Preparing Monthly and Daily Reports Keeping a track and inventory of Assets and Stock with their warranty Expiration and AMC Renewals and other details. Good Knowledge of Windows Server setup and Active directory, deployment, and maintenance. Good Network Knowledge about LAN & WAN. Crimping, punching IO and Jack panels. Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup & Restoration. Good problem-solving skills. Good analytical and communication skills.
