Job Description

Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining, upgrading, and managing our software, hardware, and networks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and support. Key Responsibilities Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues Provide technical support for desktop, network, and system-related issues Help maintain IT documentation and inventory Support routine backup and recovery operations Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls Collaborate with IT team members on system upgrades and patch management Follow IT policies, procedures, and best practices
