Internship Overview:

System Admin Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
  
• Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
  
• Support in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  
• Assist with user account management (Active Directory, email setups, etc.).
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and backups.
  
• Support asset management and inventory tracking.
  
• Document technical processes and IT support activities.
  
• Provide first-level support for employees technical issues.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and system hardware.
  
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and antivirus software is a plus.
  
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic IT environment.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
