Job Description

Role Objectives

Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, servers, and systems for smooth operations.
Provide reliable system administration support and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Ensure system security, data integrity, and network reliability.

Core Deliverables

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches/updates.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory.
Administer Microsoft 365 / Email systems.
Handle backups, firewall, and disaster recovery procedures.
Ensure compliance with IT security and organizational policies.
Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams for IT-related support.

Skills Required

Mandatory:

Hands-on with Microsoft 365 / Active Directory
Backup management & firewall administration
Good English communication (verbal & written)

Preferred (Add-on):

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
Knowledge of monitoring tools & ITIL processes

Certifications (Preferred)

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / MCSA / MCSE
ITIL Foundation (nice to have)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
