Job Description

Role Overview: As an Area Sales Manager for Home Loans at MoneyKarma, you will be responsible for handling the loan service process and assisting clients throughout the entire home loan process. Your role will involve building relationships with developer's sales and CRM teams to generate leads, coordinating with them for timely updates on home loan cases, and providing services to clients even after the loan has been disbursed. It will be crucial for you to resolve issues and queries from developers and clients on a daily basis while maintaining relationships with various bankers for a smooth process. You should be proactive in understanding schemes provided by bankers and NBFCs, meeting clients to understand their home loan requirements, and be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in real estate or banking, especially in home loans, will be advantageous. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality of leads and client documents. A positive attitude, self-initiative, and the ability to identify suitable cases for different banks based on client profiles will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Handle the loan service process and assist clients with home loan procedures - Build relationships with developer's sales and CRM teams to generate leads - Coordinate with developer's sales & CRM team for timely updates on home loan cases - Provide services to clients post loan disbursement - Resolve issues and queries from developers and clients on a daily basis - Maintain relationships with various bankers for a smooth process - Coordinate with bankers from loan application to disbursement - Stay informed about schemes offered by bankers & NBFCs - Meet clients to understand their home loan requirements - Work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Maintain confidentiality of leads and client documents - Show initiative in closing leads by being proactive - Identify suitable cases for different banks based on client profiles Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in real estate or banking, especially in home loans, is preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must - Proactive attitude and self-initiative are highly appreciated - Ability to maintain confidentiality of leads and client documents - Hands-on experience in identifying suitable cases for different banks based on client profiles is beneficial,
