Job Description

As a Dy Manager at our company, your role involves designing and developing electronic circuits for switches, auto AC panels, USB chargers, and sensors. Your responsibilities include: - Designing and developing electronic circuits for embedded systems. - Creating schematics, PCB layouts, and ensuring that designs meet specification requirements. - Performing component selection and testing to ensure functionality and performance. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, specifications, and architecture. - Testing and validating parts at both vehicle and part levels to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards. - Providing technical support to manufacturing and assembly teams during production. - Continuously researching and evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends to keep our designs competitive. - Analyzing quality issues and implementing countermeasures. - Managing projects and coordinating with suppliers. In terms of technical and functional requirements, you should have: - Good knowledge of switches, auto AC panels, and USB chargers. - Knowledge of automotive safety standards such as ECE R10, R21, R121, R116, and USB charging protocols. - Experience in the complete lifecycle of design and development for hardware with electronic circuits meeting embedded system requirements. On the behavioral side, you should possess: - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - The capability to coordinate department activities and represent the team in various forums. - Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Your expertise in these areas will contribute to the success of our projects and the growth of our company.,
