SVP Facilities Management Services

As a SVP - Facilities Management Services at Citi, you will be part of the team responsible for managing complex and critical areas related to facilities management. You will lead and direct a team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses or geographic regions. Your role will require a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within the function and how they interact to achieve the objectives of the organization. You will be accountable for the end results of your area and will exercise control over resources, policy formulation, and planning. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Developing and implementing long-term facility management strategies aligned with Citis objectives - Creating, managing, and monitoring annual operating budgets for facility-related expenses - Overseeing all capital improvement projects to ensure completion within established timelines and budget limits - Managing the P&L of the managed portfolio - Supervising maintenance plans, cleaning, and general upkeep of premises to ensure a safe and productive environment - Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring service level agreements - Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations - Providing support to Design & Construction Teams for significant initiatives - Managing space utilization, planning for future facility needs, and selecting new furnishings and equipment - Serving as the primary point of contact for internal business units - Preparing and presenting reports on facility performance, budget status, and project progress You should have: - 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably from technology organizations and the banking and financial services industry - A Bachelors degree, potentially a Masters degree Working at Citi offers more than just a job.
