Work Schedule: 24x7 Rotational Shifts with 2 Rotational Weekly Offs
Role Overview:
Become a vital part of our International Voice Process team, providing exceptional support to global customers on broadband-related queries. Your contributions will ensure seamless connectivity and customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: 18,00028,000 (commensurate with experience)
Overtime Incentives: 5,00010,000
Performance Bonus: Up to 18,000 quarterly
Travel Allowance: 1,750
Additional Perks: Paid training and a supportive team environment
