Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement processes and systems to ensure product sustainability and reliability.
• Identify and mitigate potential product risks and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues and improve product design.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce product failures and improve product life-cycle.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Internship with a US company or US-based company.
• Experience in product development and design.
• Ability to develop and implement sustainability strategies.
• 5+ years of experience in a Sustaining Engineer or related role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
