Hasiru Farmlands is a fast-growing managed farmland company committed to sustainable agriculture and eco-conscious development. We operate across multiple prime locations in Karnataka, managing farmland projects with a focus on horticulture, organic farming, and innovative agri-practices.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate and qualify leads through various channels (online inquiries, site visits, events, tele-calling).

· Pitch managed farmland or real estate offerings to prospective clients and conduct property tours.

· Build relationships and follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.

· Understand client needs and present customized solutions aligned with company offerings.

· Maintain and update CRM software with leads, prospects, and client status.

· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and exhibitions as needed.

· Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for seamless post-sales experience.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.

· 0–4 years of experience in real estate, land sales, or direct B2C selling.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Passion for farmland, sustainability, or real estate is a plus.

· Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

· Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
