Location

Proficient in Design and development of suspension system for bus, Tractor and Truck vehicle.
Do system level calculations for suspension system for evaluating best ride and comfort for passenger.
Ensure timely execution of product development phases, including concept, design, prototyping, testing, and production.
Do system level DFMEA for suspension aggregate and implement the actions in design.
Work on potential design issues during testing and do corrective actions as necessary and update system level DFMEA
Do DFA , DFM and DFS with the CFT team before design release.
Release and oversee the complete development lifecycle for bus/truck aggregate systems, as per timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Expert of CAD/Cre O software and CAE tools for design and analysis.
Experience of Product lifecycle management (PLM) process for releasing the aggregate.
Digital Mock-Up(DMU) preparation of Aggregates

Key Competency:

Knowledge in ride & handling , suspension kinematics, and chassis system integration.
Strong understanding of both subjective evaluation (driver feedback) and model data analysis (in virtual DMU).
Experience working air suspension system for buses and mechanical suspension for Truck and Tippers.
Good communication and technical documentation skills.
