Job Title: Civil Surveyor Project: Trendcon Aurelius – Premium Villa Development Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 2–6 Years Department: Project Execution / Site Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Site Engineer / Project Manager ⸻ Project Overview: Trendcon Aurelius is a premium gated community villa project that blends modern architecture with vastu compliance, green surroundings, and over 40+ lifestyle amenities. The project is driven by quality execution and precision planning. ⸻ Job Summary: We are looking for a Civil Surveyor who will be responsible for accurate land measurements, marking layouts, and setting out the foundations for construction activities at the Trendcon Aurelius site. The candidate should have strong command over surveying instruments and construction site coordination. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Conduct land/topographic surveys and verify boundary layouts as per approved drawings. • Set out and mark foundation levels, villa layouts, roads, drains, and landscape zones with precision. • Use instruments like Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, Theodolite for accurate measurements. • Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and subcontractors for layout and survey updates. • Maintain accurate survey data, logs, and daily records. • Check verticality, plumb, and alignment for critical structural elements. • Assist in preparing as-built drawings and layout adjustments. • Ensure all surveying work is in line with approved civil plans and site conditions. • Perform rechecking of layout during key construction milestones. • Monitor site elevation levels, slope grading, and earthwork for stormwater flow. ⸻ Qualifications: • Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering / Surveying. • 2–6 years of site surveying experience, preferably in villa or residential township projects. • Strong working knowledge of Total Station (Leica, Sokkia, etc.) and Auto Level. • Ability to read and interpret civil layout plans, sections, and coordinate maps. • Good communication and team collaboration skills. ⸻ Preferred Skills: • Experience in gated community / plotted developments. • Basic AutoCAD knowledge for layout verification. • Familiarity with RERA-approved project layout standards and BBMP regulations. ⸻ Salary: Competitive – based on experience and site exposure.
