Role Overview

: As a Surveyor, you will function as the eyes and ears of the campaign. You will collect and analyse intelligence to help the leadership take data-informed, tactical decisions in a fast-changing political environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

Intelligence Gathering

Monitor media, social platforms, and local sentiment. Track opposition strategies, weaknesses, and events. Identify potential risks such as protests or reputational threats. Track opposition strategies, weaknesses, and events. Identify potential risks such as protests or reputational threats.

Data Analysis & Insights

Analyse field data, social trends, and news to uncover actionable insights. Forecast the impact of campaign decisions and public reactions. Share intelligence summaries with campaign leadership.

Strategic Support

Recommend counterstrategies against opposition. Prepare research material for debates, speeches, and discussions. Support in campaign decision-making based on real-time inputs.

Confidentiality

Ensure all information is managed securely. Handle sensitive political intelligence with discretion.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in political science, Journalism, Public Policy, or similar. Experience in research, political analysis, journalism, or social media monitoring is a plus. Highly observant, analytical, and politically aware. Comfortable working in field and dynamic environments. Strong local network and understanding of regional issues.
