Survey Operations Manager

As a Survey Operations Manager (Telephony) at our company, you will be responsible for managing large-scale survey operations across India. Your role will involve overseeing call center projects, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring that surveys are delivered on time, with quality, and meeting client expectations. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in structured environments, capable of working in dynamic settings, and efficiently handling multiple projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale telephonic surveys across India. - Oversee call center operations to maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality. - Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volumes, response rates, accuracy, quality, and turnaround time. - Build and lead a high-performing team of supervisors and agents through coaching, mentoring, and structured feedback. - Coordinate with vendors, clients, and teams for aligned, timely delivery. - Handle escalations and implement contingencies to ensure project timelines. - Identify gaps and coordinate with vendors for timely fulfillment. - Represent the survey operations function in client meetings, showcasing expertise and operational excellence. **Required Qualifications:** - Graduate/Postgraduate from Tier 1 colleges in Management, Arts, Social Science, or Law. - 3+ years of experience in call center operations or campaign operations with process-driven scale. - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools. - Ability to deliver measurable outcomes under pressure.
