About the Role

Pepup HR is seeking a Survey Operations Manager (Telephony) to oversee and drive large-scale telephonic survey operations across India. The role requires a professional who can efficiently manage operations, coordinate with vendors and clients, and lead teams to deliver high-quality survey outcomes.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong process orientation, leadership skills, and proven experience in call center or campaign operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale telephonic survey projects across India.
• Oversee call center operations ensuring productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs such as call volumes, response rates, accuracy, quality, and turnaround time.
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams of supervisors and agents.
• Coordinate seamlessly with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Address escalations and implement contingency plans to keep projects on track.
• Identify operational gaps and ensure timely fulfillment through vendor collaboration.
• Represent the survey operations function in client meetings, demonstrating expertise and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate from Tier-1 colleges (Management, Arts, Social Sciences, Law).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in call center operations or campaign operations at scale.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Ability to deliver measurable results under tight deadlines.
