Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    Transmission line survey work up to 765 kV in any type of field condition (congested, Plain, forest and hilly terrain). • Site Survey planning for deriving least cost route after proper site survey analysis of risk involved. • Coordination with internal stakeholders such as Projects, Engineering, Business Development, Finance, Techno commercial etc. • Understands the organizational direction in terms of key businesses, thrust areas, etc., and maintains commercial focus (e.g., reduces costs, maximizes returns, etc.).

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Roles and Responsibilities Strategic Roles & Responsibilities • Preliminary Survey reports for Pre & Post Bidding. • Select optimized route with data analysis and technology intervention such as survey using drone technologies or satellite images • Prepare of ground profile section with use of AUTOCAD and PLS CADD • Optimum spotting of transmission tower structures in transmission line safer and economical way with use of PLS CADD software • Interact with Consultants / Clients, Co-ordination between Site Office, Project Office & etc. People Management • Work with a team. • Handle interpersonal conflicts promotes collaboration and respect among the team. • Smooth communication with stakeholders. • Training needs identification of employees under him for team growth.

Qualifications and Experience


    Educational Qualification: Engineering Graduate – Civil Experiences: • 7-10 years QA&I in civil works for Transmission line and Substation Projects and piling works • Review Concrete Mix Design and propose suitable corrections to optimize construction cost
