Manager QAQC/ Senior QA/QC ManagerRole: Senior QA/QC ManagerLocation: Head OfficeExperience: 1520 years in QA/QC in industrial construction projects.Lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across projects.

• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans in line with client and regulatory standards.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance and quality deliverables.
• Train and mentor project QA/QC teams and site staff.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and third-party agencies for quality matters.
• Monitor and drive continual improvement initiatives.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of IS codes, QA/QC procedures, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills.
  

Note: Candidates must have experience in industrial projects. Experience with a contracting firm is highly preferred.
