Support Specialist

As a talented and motivated Drupal Developer with at least 1+ years of hands-on experience, you will be part of an innovative team working on challenging and dynamic projects. Your role involves developing, customizing, and maintaining Drupal-based web applications. You will collaborate with design and development teams to implement technical solutions using Drupal. Regular site maintenance, updates, and enhancements are crucial for web application stability. You will focus on seamless integration of third-party tools and technologies into Drupal-based systems, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Drupal web applications, participate in code reviews, and maintain coding best practices for scalability and performance. Providing application support, including bug fixes and troubleshooting for production issues, collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality results on time, and ensuring that development activities align with project requirements, timelines, and overall company goals are part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal-based web applications - Collaborate with design and development teams for technical solutions - Ensure regular site maintenance, updates, and enhancements - Integrate third-party tools and technologies into Drupal-based systems - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Drupal web applications - Participate in code reviews and maintain coding best practices - Provide application support, including bug fixes and troubleshooting - Deliver high-quality results on time and align with project requirements Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of hands-on experience with Drupal development - Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Familiarity with version control systems (Git) - Strong understanding of Drupal's architecture and best practices - Good knowledge of web services, APIs, and integrations - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills - Ability to work independently and within a team - Efficient task management and effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders Additional Details: It would be advantageous if you have experience with Dot NET (C#) for cross-technology integrations and development, application support knowledge with a focus on troubleshooting and managing issues in production environments, familiarity with additional web technologies or frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js, and knowledge of Agile development methodologies. For qualifications, you should have overall IT experience of 2+ years, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.,
