Preparing N+3 days production plan for smooth production.
Preparing 6 Months rolling plan.
Preparing Month wise MRP.
Monitoring daily sale.
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and setting the daily, weekly, and monthly production schedule for product line. According to the customers dispatch schedule.
Required Raw material planning according to the customers dispatch schedule and as per production plan.
Daily communication with customer regarding critical part and next three days plan.
Maintain order sheet, material allocation against orders and prepare machine wise production plan
Ensure timely, full and accurate communication with all relevant departments on any factors, which impact on delivery dates, commitments to customers, quality etc.
Having full knowledge of SAP PP.
Monitoring inventory.
Preparation of daily production reports & Management reports.
