Support Lead - Rulestream Applications

As a Senior SQL Server Architect & SQL Developer at Baker Hughes, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge database technology and be part of the Digital Technology team that provides tech solutions for global customers. Collaborating with stakeholders, including End Users, Product Owners, Development & Support Teams, and Product Vendors, you will be responsible for end-to-end maintenance, improvement, enhancement, and support of ValvStream, a Rulestream based DCM application. Your role will involve defining and maintaining policies and procedures for ValvStream maintenance and support services, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements. As a Support Lead-Rulestream Applications, you will define policies and procedures for application maintenance and support, develop an application support model for timely incident resolution, work with key users to gather feedback and convert it into actionable requirements for user experience improvement, lead and manage development and support teams, collaborate with stakeholders to address issues and requirements, plan and manage application releases, and liaise with product vendors for defect resolutions. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, a minimum of 12 years of experience in IT Enterprise Applications maintenance and support with at least 7 years in a leadership position, knowledge of Traditional and Agile Application Development Methodology, expertise in ITSM support models, understanding of Application Lifecycle Management, strong incident, problem, and change management skills, experience with application monitoring tools, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
