Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Program & Portfolio Management

Oversee the
entire portfolio
of BC implementation projects.
Prioritize projects, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with company strategy.
Track milestones, budgets, and risks across all projects.

Delivery Excellence

Enforce
standardized methodologies
(SureStep, Agile/Hybrid, PMI frameworks).
Ensure project plans, requirement documents, and design blueprints are always complete and approved.
Monitor solution architecture alignment and customization scope.

Financial Management

Own profitability of the implementation portfolio.
Ensure project margins 30% by controlling costs and managing change orders.
Validate financial forecasts and approve budgets.

Governance & Risk Management

Implement structured governance (steering committees, executive dashboards).
Proactively mitigate risks and ensure escalation processes are followed.
Conduct regular quality reviews and health checks.

Resource Leadership

Manage a team of
Project Managers, Solution Architects, Functional & Technical Consultants
.
Forecast demand, ensure optimal utilization, and balance onshore/offshore teams.
Develop career paths and succession planning within the team.

Client Engagement

Act as senior delivery authority in client interactions.
Participate in bid defenses, project kickoffs, and QBRs.
Build trust with executive stakeholders on client side.

Innovation & Improvement

Ensure adoption of new Microsoft releases, accelerators, and best practices.
Promote reusability of templates, accelerators, and ISV components (ProjectPro365).
Drive continuous improvement through lessons-learned exercises.
