PO Regularization and Bill Payment

• Ensure timely processing of purchase orders and regularization of invoices to meet financial compliance standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate smooth bill payments.
  

E-Permit Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the management of e-permit systems, ensuring that the infrastructure is up-to-date and fully operational.
• Provide support to users in managing and troubleshooting e-permit related issues, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
  

Printer Support And Office IT Requirements

• Manage and maintain printers, ensuring their availability and proper functioning.
• Provide IT support for day-to-day office requirements, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing user requests.
  

Housekeeping at Department and DC/DR Facilities

• Ensure that the IT department and DC/DR facilities are well-maintained, organized, and clean to support smooth operations.
• Implement housekeeping standards and monitor cleanliness, ensuring optimal working conditions in these critical areas.
  

Supporting IT Operational Efficiency

• Assist in the coordination of daily IT operational tasks and ensure all IT services run smoothly with minimal disruption to users.
• Monitor IT systems and infrastructure for performance and reliability, escalating issues as necessary.
