Managing customer disputes, calling customers if warrants and providing logical solution and closure of complaints, interaction with regional counterparts, preparation of investigation reports, reporting process. • Candidate should have good communication skills. Hindi speaking is added advantage. • Requirement is for managing dispute process which requires customer coordination and reporting. • Candidate should know system knowledge with basics like Excel, word. • Should be flexible. Location - Ambattur Salary - 28000 Shift Time - 9:30AM to 6:30PM Week off - 2nd & 4th Sat off & Sunday fixed off
