We're Hiring – Support Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on Interview)
Job Role: Support Executive
Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve customer queries from Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms
Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams for order tracking, returns, and refunds
Respond to customer emails, chats, and portal-based tickets promptly and professionally
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues
Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic knowledge of online shopping platforms
Familiarity with handling buyer-seller messages and support dashboards
Ability to work on MS Excel and basic data entry
Working Days: 6 days a week
Experience: Fresher or 6 months+ experience preferred
