Job Description

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Tamil, with knowledge of Hindi being an added advantage. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for providing support to our existing software users via phone and email. Your role will involve screening leads for eligibility before reaching out to businesses, as well as collaborating with the sales and marketing departments. A key aspect of the position will be delivering exceptional customer support service and explaining all software features accurately and courteously to potential customers. Proficiency in MS Office is required for this role. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers, with a fixed day shift schedule. Performance bonuses will be provided based on achievements. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Chennai, Tamil Nadu before commencing work. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role, and fluency in English is a must, while knowledge of Hindi is preferred.,
