Support Executive for software

You will be supporting executives for software applications, utilizing your sound computer knowledge and willingness to learn. Whether you are a fresher with relevant computer skills or possess a degree in BBA, BCA, BCOM, or B.Sc (Computer Science), you are encouraged to apply. Your responsibilities will include understanding the company's products and services, assisting customers through emails and phone calls, resolving complaints and queries, providing detailed information, maintaining call records, ensuring exceptional customer service, following up with customers for additional information, collecting feedback, contributing to the company's knowledge base, and cultivating strong client relationships. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in Customer Support or a similar role. Your communication skills, particularly verbal and written, should be exceptional. A solid grasp of Customer Relationship Management, conflict-resolution abilities, problem-solving skills, customer-centric approach, deadline-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential. You must also possess excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, quick learning capabilities, and sound decision-making skills.
