Job Description

Provide first-line support for our software via chat, email, or phone. Troubleshoot issues, guide users, document interactions, test features, create support content, gather feedback, and assist with training and collaboration with the dev team. Required Candidate profile Bachelor’s in IT, CS, Business, or related field. 1+ year experience. Strong communication, troubleshooting, multitasking skills. CRM/ticketing system knowledge is a plus.
