Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for issues related to software applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in application support, client support, customer support, or product support.
  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking customer interactions.

  • Candidate should speak in English & Tamil
