Role & responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling
  • Meet potential clients (B2B) to present Rednote ERP & CRM solutions
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored product demonstrations
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
  • Work closely with the marketing team to convert leads into customers

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation & presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
  • Basic understanding of software/ERP/CRM is an added advantage (not mandatory)
