Job Description

Purpose of the Role

tooling products (traded).

This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from preparing quotations and negotiating terms to ensuring timely order fulfillment and payment collection.

Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare marketing kit including pamphlets, catalogues, technical data, demo videos, etc., for product presentations
  • Identify potential Customers and Customer segments for the promotion of products
  • Approach Customers through e-mail / telephone calls / field visits
  • Provide introduction of our Company and Products. Explore requirements of our products with the Customers
  • Follow up lead with Quotation process
  • Follow up prospects if they will have future requirements
  • Circulate newsletters and case studies whenever applicable
  • Respond to web-based enquiries / queries
  • Prepare layouts, display items, Posters etc.,
  • Invite Customers, prospects and make successful presentation
  • Collect required application details from Customers / Prospects including their various requirements
  • Study for feasibility to offer
  • Study the requirements of Customer
  • Give suitable feedback to Customer in-case of non-feasible enquiry
  • Propose suitable products / solutions and submit catalogues and technical details to Customers
  • Analyse Customers requirements in detail and arrive the scope of supply
  • Prepare quotation and submit to Customer as per required scope of supply
  • Follow up Customer for the offer submitted
  • Carry out negotiation with Customers and close the deal within the standard terms and discounts
  • Consult with HO / Principals to offer revised terms and make further negotiations
  • Collect PO from Customer for further process
  • Give feedback to HO / Principals for order loss
  • Verify PO and get revised PO if necessary
  • Acknowledge Customer on PO receipt
  • Share Customer PO with Principals mentioning all negotiated terms and conditions
  • Ensure safe receipt of Product and receipt of all items as per scope of supply
  • Coordinate with Customer for application support / prove-out as per agreed terms
  • Make supply follow up and obtain Customer feedback for further improvements if any
  • Verify PO and get revised PO if necessary
  • Ensure proper supply of order & collect feedback for further improvements
  • Check if application request from Customer
  • Coordinate with Customer for trial schedule
  • Carry out trials and prove out
  • Training to Customer
  • Send payment reminders to Customers and follow up
