Job Description

Support Oracle Flexcube modules (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance and Payments etc.)
Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis and functional design for new business needs.
Strong understanding of Flexcube modules and configuration. Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
Capable of troubleshoot PLSQL APIs and Java based extensions within Flexcube.
Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup and issue resolution in production environments.
Document functional and technical solutions, configurations and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills:

8 to 10 Years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as techno-functional consultant.
Strong understanding on Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain processes.
Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury)
Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
