  • Handle customer complaints and escalations by talking to customers directly.

Skills Experience:

  • Must have experience in Netskope Forcepoint DLP, SentinelOne, Scale fusion, Microsoft.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT Security concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, inspiring confidence while leading customers through the steps to resolve issues.
  • Ability to handle escalations using good judgment to make sound recommendations.
