Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
L2/L3 support
for enterprise applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
Java-based applications
and
SQL queries
.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify root causes and implement fixes.
Monitor application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Document support processes, known issues, and resolutions for knowledge base.
Participate in
change management
and
release activities
.
Support and maintain workflows built on
Newgen OmniFlow
(added advantage).
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in
Java
and
SQL
.
Experience in
application support
or
production support
environments.
Familiarity with
incident, problem, and change management
processes.
Excellent
analytical and troubleshooting
skills.
Good
communication and interpersonal
skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced
and
collaborative
environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with
Newgen OmniFlow
or similar BPM/workflow platforms.
ITIL Foundation Certification
is a plus.
Exposure to ticketing tools like
ServiceNow
,
JIRA
, or similar.
Understanding of
software development lifecycle (SDLC)
and
DevOps
practices.
