Exp : 3 to 6 yrs

Netscout o My com, network monitoring, customer experience report, automation of repetitive task, customer  handling business query 

SQL, Linux,Telecom domain, Python or shell scripting, L2 support, Kubernets, remedy management, network elements 4G/5G

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Netscout Application

• Incident Triage

• Handle and prioritize incidents in collaboration with the vendor.

• Customer Interaction

• Attend customer calls and meetings to address queries and provide updates.

• Incident Analysis

• Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes and resolutions.

• Application Health Checks

• Perform daily health checks to ensure application stability and performance.

• Internal Meetings

• Participate in team meetings for status updates and coordination.

• Daily Reporting

• Prepare and share daily application reports with stakeholders.

• Application Support

• Provide support based on the nature and severity of issues reported.

• Automation of Repetitive Tasks

• Develop and implement automation scripts using

  Python

   or

  Shell scripting

   to streamline recurring tasks and improve efficiency.

• Operating System:

   Proficient in Linux environments.

• Programming & Scripting:

   Familiar in Python and Shell scripting.

• Troubleshooting:

   Capable of analyzing system logs and effectively troubleshooting issues.

• Containerization:

   Basic understanding of Kubernetes.

• ITIL Processes:

   Familiar with ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

• Service Management Tools:

   Experience with SAP C4C and Cherwell.

• Customer Experience Management (CEM):

   Exposure to EXFO Nova Suite.

• Network Performance Management:

   Familiar with tools like MyCom and Netscout.
