Role Description:An ITOM Administrator with development experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise monitoring, hands-on experience with tools like SCOM, PerfMon, and NetScout, and a deep understanding of Event Management, including event correlation, smart correlation, and CMDB architecture .Must Have Skills:- ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping- Event correlation, smart correlation, and alert deduplication- CMDB architecture, CI class modeling, and reconciliation- Scripting in JavaScript and Glide API- Integration with monitoring tools: SCOM, PerfMon, NetScout- MID Server setup and troubleshooting- Automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHubGood to Have Skills:- Experience with Agent Client Collector (ACC)- Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP)- ITIL Foundation Certification - PowerShell / PythonJob Requirements: Key Responsibilities:- Administer and enhance ServiceNow ITOM modules- Develop custom scripts, probes, and sensors- Configure and optimize event correlation and alert rules- Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow- Maintain CMDB health and CI relationships- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams- Troubleshoot MID Server issues- Automate workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHubTechnical Experience:Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM and overall 6+ years in enterprise monitoring, including SCOM and NetScout.
