Job Description

As a Support Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for diagnosing, resolving, and escalating technical issues for desktop (Electron) and web-based (Angular/Java) applications. Your role will require a combination of development expertise, troubleshooting skills, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L2/L2.5 application support for software solutions developed using Electron JS, Angular, and Java. - Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement short-term and long-term solutions. - Monitor application performance and logs, ensuring timely response to incidents within defined SLAs. - Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to address complex technical challenges. - Create support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. - Communicate clearly with clients or internal users to understand and resolve reported issues. - Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when necessary. Qualification Required: - 5-14 years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or application maintenance. - Proficiency in Electron JS, Angular, and Java. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and customer service abilities. - Experience working within defined SLAs. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
