About Us

Divide By Zero Technologies is India’s largest 3D printer manufacturer and the creator of the world’s fastest industrial 3D printer—designed and built entirely in India, and shipped globally. We are expanding our presence and are looking for a reliable, hands-on After-Sales Service Executive based in Pune to support our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission industrial 3D printers at client sites
• Troubleshoot hardware, electronics, and software-related issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance and provide client training
• Serve as the first point of contact for support in Pune and nearby regions
• Coordinate with the Mumbai headquarters for spares, escalations, and service tickets

Candidate Requirements

• ITI + Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics
• 1–3 years of experience in technical field support or after-sales service
• Knowledge of wiring, sensors, electronics testing, and basic firmware flashing
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English
• Willingness to travel within Pune and surrounding cities as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
