Job Description

As a Product Support Engineer- PLSQL at Azentio Software, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high availability and reliability of AMLOCK systems. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining PLSQL scripts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, monitoring system performance, and documenting processes for knowledge sharing. Your expertise in production support and PLSQL, strong teamwork and communication skills, troubleshooting abilities, and experience in system performance optimization will be essential for success in this role. **Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive production support for AMLOCK systems to ensure high availability and reliability. - Develop and maintain PLSQL scripts to automate tasks and enhance system performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments for optimization. - Document processes and procedures for knowledge sharing and continuity. - Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and improvement strategies. **Expected Outcomes:** - Maintain high system uptime and performance metrics. - Resolve production issues within established SLAs. - Implement PLSQL solutions to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention. - Maintain documentation to support team collaboration and knowledge transfer. - Foster a cohesive team environment through effective communication and teamwork.
