• Knowledge of Furnace, metal casting , process cycle time, cold doping, operation management, panel operation, lancing, gas scrubbing system, Pump operation, operations. PMR plant operations

1. Key Responsibilities / Tasks / Activities

• PMR plant operation.
• Conduct tool box talk / safety / quality pep talk and allocate perform work allocation as per process plan.

• The role involves strict compliance of statutory stipulations and compliance of quality, safety, health and environment parameters as well as energy conservation in area under jurisdiction.

• To operate PMR operation equipments like TROF, SRF, GOLD CASTING, SILVER CASTING, GOLDSILVER REFINERY

• Maintaining different furnaces cycle time.

• Maintain product quality as per customer need.

• Process is hazardous with corrosive, toxic emissions, minimizing emissions within PCB norms and meeting other environmental and safety norms.

• Shutdown JOB

• Observation of parameters and troubleshooting.

• Operation of Furnaces, Blower, pumps, Valve, cooling tower etc.

• Selfmaintece, House Keeping.

• Reporting to Shift engineer and Section head.

• Log sheet / check list data entry.

• Monitoring and maintain critical parameters.

• Willing to work in shift duty
