2. MBA or Post-Graduate qualification in Operations, Service Management, or Customer Experience (preferred)

7. Strong understanding of technical troubleshooting and product lifecycle

8. Hands-on experience with CRM, ticketing tools, call-center systems, and analytics dashboards

10. Data-driven decision-making and reporting skills

11. High integrity and accountability

12. Continuous improvement mindset
